Nestled in quiet, residential, nice neighborhoods in the Douglasville-West Georgia surrounding area is an exciting new housing concept for seniors 55+. We have residential homes that offers a private and independent lifestyle while sharing the house with other like-minded, mature individuals. Our homes are 2-4 bedrooms, 1-2-3 bathrooms. Offering “private rooms” and “shared rooms”.
These rooms are fully furnished, utilities included, WIFI, TVs in each room and “common area”, washer and dryer, microwave, will provide a “list of agencies” for food. No “credit checks” – minimal deposit – background check.
Shared Living Spaces
Common or shared living spaces include a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and covered patio, large front porch. Each room has a TV - with Wifi.
The kitchen is fully applianced with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and diswasher. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer.
Private Living Space
A private space is a full basement with refrigerator, TV, queen bed- etc. Internet is provided at no extra cost. With utilities included.

Smoking on the premises is outside ONLY!
Pets are not allowed.
The fee is $350.00 – it’s for any incidentals, damages, cleaning, and security for the home – because we are not charging the full deposit. The risk fee is non-refundable.
The house uses central heating and air conditioning. Temperature is set at a comfortable degrees in winter and summer seasons.
There are no (land) phone lines in the house. Each tenant would have and pay for their own cell phone and cell phone service.
The house has a Modem to connect to Wifi. A password will be given once moved in.
